Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement as defined below. You have the right to cancel this service up to 7 days prior to the start of the agreed service or parts of.

Confidentiality: DingBatt Dog Training respects your privacy in accordance with the GDPR, and must insist that you also rejector privacy, as well as that of fellow clients. You agree that you will not share your access to this course with any other persons, except for family members. By agreeing to these, you acknowledge that all confidential material and information revealed to you is and remains the sole intellectual property of DingBatt Dog Training or the participant who revealed it.

Payments: If your payments are not made in a timely fashion for any reason DingBatt Dog Training may suspend your participation all or part of the service until your account is brought current.

Disclaimer: DingBatt Dog Training are not qualified to provide veterinary or legal advice and the information they provide is not intended as such.

Delays and postponements: We reserve the right to postpone dates where weather or elements outside of our control cause running of dates not to be possible. Postponed class/ appointment dates will be rescheduled.

Termination: DingBatt Dog Training is committed to providing all participants with a positive and productive experience. You agree that DingBatt Dog Training at it's sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in the agreed service without forgiveness of any previous payments if you wish to leave, become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow guidelines or if your behaviour impairs the ability of instructors or fellow participants to participate. In the rare case of termination, an End of Contract Agreement must be signed by both the client and DingBatt Dog Training to release the clients from the financial obligation and protect the integrity and content of the program. Breach of the terms within the ECA may result in legal proceedings being actioned against the client.

Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable but can be placed on hold for future placements if available and for suitable services. Upon termination, no refunds of previously made payments will be offered once service access has been granted, irrespective of whether access of the student has been actioned. The exception to this is if a client has paid annually, and a program is drip fed, then a refund of unavailable materials at the time of notice will be issued.
Visits: Any cancellation of a pre-paid booked appointment requires 48 hours notice of intended cancellation. Refunds or rescheduling will be offered when 48 hours notice of intended cancellation is provided. Where cancellations are within 48 hours of the appointment no refund will be provided.
Classes: Any cancellation of a pre-paid booked class requires 7 days notice of intended cancellation. Refunds or rescheduling will bee offered when 7 days notice of intended cancellation is provided. Where cancellations are within 7 days of the first class date no refund will be provided. Part refunds will not be offered for missed dates where classes with multiple dates operate.

Complaints Procedure: Complaints are an opportunity for improvement, which are embraced by DingBatt Dog Training. We take time to understand the customers unique perspective, encourage open lines of communication to resolve the issue, and ensure that the solution we have created solves the client's problem long term and leaves them feeling listen to, valued and appreciated.

We use telephone-based payment system and third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). Protecting telephone-based payment card data We accept and/or process payment card data over the telephone. We do not hold any customer card details, in order to protect our customers from compromise and fraud. Where call recording is applicable for quality, training purposes or fact verification purposes, all sensitive data is blocked from the recording and rendered irretrievable and unusable after authorisation, in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We will not under any circumstances store your payment card details. Payment is taken live ‘in call’ and details are entered into a card machine which is owned, serviced, processed and managed by Global payments LTD (see below for a link to their privacy policy). Third party payment services When using a third party payment service, any information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
